The ground floor

After the storms, building codes lifted Pinellas County homes and businesses above the flood line. That kept the water out — but it left families, mobility-limited residents, aging pets, and businesses moving freight without a practical way to move between stories.

Creative Cargo Lifts was founded by two experienced, licensed contractors who saw that problem firsthand. They know construction code and best building practice, and they build the way up — on the same coast they live on.

We're in the relationship business as much as the lift business — rooted in the Pinellas County community we serve.
